The public beach access is directly across the street from this property and guests will enjoy the convenience of the nearby Veggie Wagon that has fresh local produce, fresh fruits, vegetables, snacks, premade meals to take to the beach, and island roast organic coffee.

The upper-level unit of this home features of 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. The updated living area features an open concept great room which works wonderfully for gathering the family together. The renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a spacious island with bar seating. The kitchen table seats six people and adjoins to the open living room which offers plenty of space to relax or enjoy your favorite movie. There is a Full-size sofa bed that allows the living room to double as an additional sleeping area for larger families.

There is a covered, street-side porch complete with chairs, side tables, and rockers - a perfect for relaxing! The primary bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed and private bathroom. There are two additional guest bedrooms that are furnished with Queen beds. Each bedroom has a TV so that you can spread out and catch up on your favorite shows.

Parking: Parking for two vehicles with required passes.
Prohibited: Smoking.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
