The cottage is just a few yards from a footpath that leads up Middleton Fell. Additionally, the picturesque village of Sedbergh, located 6.9 miles away, is ideally positioned for excursions into both the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, offering numerous local shops, pubs, and eateries.
Upon entering the property, you are welcomed instantly into the open plan living, dining, kitchen area. With a comfortable sofa and cosy armchairs, evenings can be enjoyed snuggled up by the wood-burning stove. The kitchen is amply equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm in this delightful home-from-home, whilst the dining table offers the perfect place to get plan the day ahead over breakfast. Heading upstairs you can find the first of the two bedrooms, a spacious super-king sized bedroom with it's own en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a cosy queen-sized bedroom with a separate bathroom.
Outside, there is a private garden area with seating for four people with stunning views to the fields and fells beyond.
