*The area was hit by 3 hurricanes in the last 2 years so you will still see some damage when driving in but our Condo is in perfect shape and the beach is as beautiful as ever! There are still multiple restaurant options open in the area as well. The pool area and fitness area look better than ever but the tennis courts won't be complete until March 2025.

ā˜… Master Bedroom has a King Sized Bed, Flat Screen TV w/ Netflix etc, private 3rd floor patio overlooking golf course and water on 2 sides - there is also a luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi and a shower with two shower heads.

ā˜… The downstairs bedroom also has a King Sized Bed, Flat Screen TV with Netflix etc., and private bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and large shower/bathtub. This bedroom has views of the golf course and water as well as access to the main patio.

ā˜… The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat screen tv with Netflix etc, and a patio overlooking the tennis courts. The bathroom is two steps out the bedroom door - one sink, one toilet, and a stand up shower.

ā˜… We have a Pack N Play for the kiddos & a Queen Sized Air Mattress that can be put into a gigantic closet w/ Window (Seriously the size of a bedroom) or the living room.

Enjoy lounging on luxury furniture as you watch a huge Flatscreen TV with Netflix etc, or enjoy the view of the water and an Osprey nest out the main window - you will see the Ospreys for hours a day....it is endless entertainment.

You'll have all you need to make a gourmet meal - full-sized oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all appliances/cooking essentials like salt/pepper/cooking oil, you'll have everything you can think of. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas so if you are the one cooking, you'll still be in the conversation with everyone else.

The 3 Full Bathrooms are all very modern with high end fixtures. There is a bathroom in both Large rooms and a 3rd bathroom just outside the bedroom by the twin bedroom - this is the "shared bath" but you'll never have to wait with 3 bathrooms.

ā˜…ā˜…DINING AREAā˜…ā˜…
Enjoy your snacks and meals inside or out with our dining table for 8 people and another table on the screened in patio - the lanai sliding doors can be opened to allow you expand the dining room size should you need it. You can also grill out with one of the many charcoal grills located just outside.

ā˜…ā˜…We have beach chairs, a cooler, and beach umbrella for you to take to the beachā˜…ā˜…

Other Things to Note

You have access to the Land's End Village pool, hot tub, all Gulf of Mexico beaches. You wonā€™t have access to the Big Pool, Golf Course, or South Seas Member Restaurants - You will have access to all restaurants outside the gate.

If you would like access to all of the amenities - you can book with South Seas directly starting at $1,100/night during the offseason for a similar unit.

We are surrounded by a ton of greenery so unfortunately, that means no matter how much we spray the home (monthly by HOA), a bug might sneak in to the home at some point.....if this is a deal breaker, it might be best to book somewhere else. Thanks for understanding.

Great family getaway!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in this property! First time on Captiva so didn't fully know what to expect. Sean is great to work with, has great recommendations and always avail to communicate with. Property was exactly as described. Loved the pool, beach and my fav was having a glass of wine on the upper(master BR deck). Extremely peaceful. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for sharing this property :)

Wow! What an amazing family trip

The home was amazing - clean - and felt like home - the views are amazing from all the decks - pool is just a few steps from our rental place - tennis court right there - beach very beautiful but small walk less than 3 minutes if even that - owner was very helpful with what to do and where to eat etc.. - The Compound where all the homes are located is Very safe and everyone were friendly - our kids were able to walk around at night and felt like a small town with familys outside walking around - We are for sure coming back hands down! Amazing!

At the end of South Seas resort the ā€œLandsEndā€ condos are great. Close to pool, tennis, fishing & sunsets on the beach. Got to watch ospreys nest and perfect sunrises. Condo was in a very convenient location.

Great location with good views and excellent beach access

Very spacious and comfortable home. Everyone had a great time. Loved biking on the cart path to the beach. The area feels very safe and we trusted our kids to head out to the beach and back to the home by themselves without fear for their safety.

Comfort and amazing views.

This unit has great views from the living room, kitchen, master and all the patios. Also, all the beds and furniture was very comfortable. This unit comes fully equipped and the host is extremely attentive and is just a text away. We are looking forward to staying with them again.

Awesome stay. Beautiful location

Short walk to the beach. Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay. The island is beautiful and the location of this unit is wonderful. We enjoyed the chairs and large umbrella provided as well as beach toys. We even left some for the next visitors to enjoy.

Gorgeous condo. Perfect location.

We had a family of 7 stay at the condo. Beautiful view of the water. The best part was the ospreys right outside our window. There were 2 adult ospreys and 2 babies. The condo had every convenience we could ask for. All paper goods and soap products were provided. Canā€™t wait to go back!!!

Wonderful Spring Break Getaway

Our family stayed over spring break and absolutely loved our time on Captiva! Planning this trip during covid made me very conscious of finding a place where we could enjoy the sun and sand, and still be socially distanced as needed. The condo is in a great spot on the island, making it feel secluded but still a short golf cart ride to the beach and shops/restaurants. Although renters aren't able to use all of the amenities at South Seas, we didn't mind. The community pool and grill were great to use and all my kids needed:) The beach chairs, towels and sand toys were perfect for us to bring to the beach. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around the resort and into town. And when you needed a break from the sun the screened in porch was perfect to sit in and unwind with a great view of the bay and osprey nest :) Seriously can't say enough about this great spot!

Everything from the view to the furnishings was perfect. We appreciated that the owner left all of the essentials such as shampoo and conditioner and since we love to cook we were thrilled that they supplied so much salt and pepper!

Weekend getaway with family

The property was very spacious, well equipped, beautiful views and great amenities. Our daughter, son and daughter-in-law and two year old granddaughter had some quality time together. Enjoyed walks around the complex and the sunrise and sunsets. Georgeous!

Room to roam

This spacious condo had more than enough space for our needs, and gave each of us private space as well. Condo was generously supplied (weā€™ve never stayed anywhere that provided coffee, including K-cups, all paper products as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom). The host was very responsive to questions and very accommodating. The ospreyā€™s hatched during our visit and it was fun watching the chicks. We saw dolphins most days and manatees at the marina. Great location!

Amazing & So Thankful

The condo was way more than we needed, but a wonderful place to spend a week. We greatly appreciated all the extra things that were provided for us and there for us to use. All the paper towel, napkins, toilet paper, soap at every sink, shampoo and conditioner in the showers was beyond our expectations. Not to mention to closet full of toys for us to use. There were games, beach towels, fishing poles, sand toys, beach chairs, a cooler, and many more items. It was so wonderful not to worry about running out of soap and paper products. We loved our time spent here and are ready to return! Thank you so much!!!
