We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for...

"Excellent location in the heart of Capitola with steps to the Esplanade and beach. Easy check-in with a code to enter the apartment. Very spacious with a large kitchen/living room area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Safe location for me and my 5 granddaughters. We enjoyed the beach, restaurants, live music in the evening and even walked to Santa Cruz and back for breakfast at the Crow’s Nest. Parking was a little challenging.
