We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful waterfront villa. A beautiful three bedroom and two bathroom villa with a pool on a large plot, situated directly on the waterway with sea access minutes away. The villa has a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar area which leads on to the large family room with vaulted ceiling and patio doors opening onto the pool area and patio. The kitchen has a variety of equipment including a wine cooler, juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc. The family room has flat screen TV and there is broadband. There is a second formal lounge which leads into the dining room with seating for 6 which opens out onto the patio through double sliding doors. The master bedroom has a super king sized bed, flat screen TV, a walk in wardrobe and dressing room area with double vanity unit and separate shower and toilet off the dressing room area. The master bedroom has access to the patio and pool area through patio doors. In the guest wing of the house are two large guest rooms, one with twin beds and the other with a queen sized double. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with bath and shower with a door leading out to the pool area. There are hairdryers and straighteners provided in the bathrooms.The twin room also has double patio doors with access to the pool. Both guest bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. The double garage has electric clicker access. There is a kidney shaped SOLAR heated pool and a large patio area with dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a gas BBQ. The pool is cleaned and maintained once a week as is the garden area. You can fish off the end of your boat dock using the fishing equipment provided in the garage. Bath and pool towels are all provided. There are also two Kayaks provided for your use to explore the waterways and local area. Please note there is NO LONGER A POOL CAGE IN PLACE, although some of the photos may still show one.
If you wish to arrange a rental boat during your stay this can be moored at the end of your garden on the boat dock. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the Cape Coral Yacht Club area with a beautiful beach and waterside restaurant or you can get there using the bikes provided in the garage.
When you arrive at the villa a luxury welcome pack will be provided, consisting of sparkling wine, a premium brand spirit of your choice from a list provided after booking, beers, milk, bread, butter, fruit, orange juice and basic cleaning products. A list of recommended local restaurants and attractions can be e-mailed to you on request prior to your stay. A comprehensive welcome book is also available for your reference at the villa.
