"I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was disappointing enough that I feel obligated to share it. On our first full day, my fiancée and I left the room around 10:00 AM. When we returned at approximately 3:00 PM, the room still had not been cleaned. At 3:20 PM, we called the front desk and specifically requested housekeeping. "The hotel was nice, you get a free breakfast every morning with a variety of options. The hot breakfast is something different everyday. They do fresh cookies every night at 8. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate is availble all day. The coffee was not always hot. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful with anything we needed. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub in the indoor pool area and an outdoor sitting area.The only complaint I have is the hotel was dog friendly which is fine...

"We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room was still not ready. We were told that they were under new management as of the day we checked in. They were also not able to provide us with a key upon check-in so when we returned from dinner we had to walk all around the building to the front entrance to get into our room (without a key the other entrances were not accessible). We feel that we should not be charged the additional "facilities fee" for the inconveniences."
