"This used to be our go to hotel - it was affordable and centrally located and clean. Our visit this time was not the same - the bathroom had a lingering odor to it, the chain on the door only attached to one side, the tub wouldn’t drain properly and we discovered a broken wooden plank on the 2nd floor landing covered by a chair. (I have to assume it broke overnight and management didn’t cover it with a chair - a guest must have done that.)"

"The positives are the staff was very nice and the room was clean with a full kitchen. The bummer was that the pool was not open and hasn't been for awhile. The door was very difficult to open. The rooms were a little run down. The entrance to the woods was actually not walkable at all despite the Expedia description. But this was an inexpensive hotel in a convenient location on Cape Cod so I would give it a solid 4 stars."

"Parker Beach Lodge is in a great location and the rooms are comfortable, updated and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kind man at the front desk even offered us to switch to a room with 2 queens and walked us around to different rooms and let us pick our favorite.
