"1- cleaning room but the towels stained although they change the towels every day 2- staff are friendly but they don't fill the soup dispenser 3- the breakfast is not good no variety the same scrambled egg and waffles only every day no change 4- they are very friendly but they saw that I had a lot of heavy bags eventhough they put me on the second far away from the reception with no elevators"

"Great little motel! My room had been renovated recently and it was very nice. The property was well maintained and quiet. Nice continental breakfast with a variety of options. Staff members were friendly and attentive. Short walk to downtown Orleans and a variety of shops and restaurants."

"Great location & love Falmouth. Not the greatest place to stay though… & certainly not consummate to the price. Room & accommodations were fine, but old/poorly maintained. Hair in places, etc speak to cleanliness. Biggest issue was design/configuration of bath room where steam, condensation, spray seemed to keep the toilet paper constantly wetted. Would probably look elsewhere next time."
