Easy access to the town’s extensive soft-sand beach, fishing pier and 5 Acre Central Park. “Just Beachy” is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. Plenty of outdoor spaces, including a cozy back deck, a spacious backyard, a Juliet balcony and a charming front porch. Plenty of space for your whole group!
The main level has a living room, dining room, large well-equipped kitchen with kitchen island seating, and a full bathroom as well as a half bathroom. Sleeps 9 people with sleeper sofa.
The second level has three spacious bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has one king bed. The second guest bedroom has two twin daybeds with pull out twin trundles. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed which includes balcony access. This unit can sleep up to 9 guests with the sleeper sofa. Enjoys fenced-in backyard offering privacy screens, gas grill and outdoor seating for 8. There are multiple televisions including living room and every bedroom, Roku devices, high speed broadband internet, washer/dryer, etc.
Just a few minutes from the Historic Area of Cape Charles, offering casual and fine dining including fresh seafood, BBQ, pizza, Italian, sushi, American Southern-style cuisine, bakeries, fudge, amazing ice cream, and Hawaiian-style shave ice.
