We are only able to accommodate two vehicles in our drive way. The City of Cape Canaveral does not allow street parking. You may park additional vehicles in the wooded lot across the street. We do not allow vehicles to be parked in our garage.

-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
-No events, parties or spring breakers please. This is a property for those who want to relax set in a quiet location.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING/ILLEGAL DRUG USE in or on property
-This is a quiet family neighborhood and we observe quiet time from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- Checkout is at 10:00am.
- There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that's lost and not recoverable.
- No Refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our house rules.

We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. Sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
