Whether you are looking to get away and relax, or have a much needed family vacation, this unit has everything that you would possibly need to kick back and relax!

When you first step into this breezy oceanfront condo, the first thing you will notice is the ocean in front of you. This comfortable, beach chic unit is the perfect place to unwind and spend time with family. Listen to waves while you sit perched on the high top chairs on your private balcony, or relax in the comfortable living room watching your favorite movie.

The living room, kitchen & dining area are open concept, so you can enjoy the spectacular view while you are cooking, eating or lounging. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, a fully renovated ensuite, closet and TV. The guest room has a queen bed, closet & TV. There is a second bathroom off of the common space. * Air mattress available for additional sleeping space

The unit also has the little things that make your vacation that much more relaxing. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, pack & play, beach chairs, toys, linens & towels, free wifi & free parking.

- THE BUILDING & LOCATION -

Cape Winds is a beautiful complex that has has amenities for the whole family. Lounge around the large pool, rest in the hot tub, or get active on the tennis & basketball courts. There is a short boardwalk right at the complex to get to the white sandy beach - you couldn't be any closer!! The complex is situated 1.2 miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to many restaurants & attractions.

The area has so many amazing activities for adults and kids alike; including the Kennedy Space Center, downtown Cocoa Beach, quaint & historic Cocoa Village, Ron Jons Surf Shop, Brevard Zoo, golf, surfing, Disney (45 minutes away), and of course, the beach!

Cape Winds 304 is a great place to stay in Cape Canaveral

Cape Winds is a nice, moderately priced condominium complex that doesnā€™t have the bustle and noise of most like it. The surrounding area is quiet, not commercialised at all, and easy to navigate. If you want the commercial hype and all the traps itā€™s just a little way down A1A in Cocoa Beach. Cape Winds unit 304 was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. There were plenty of utensils and all appliances were clean and well-running. The third floor view is great for ocean watching and you can see a good portion of rocket launches from both the beach and the balcony. The sofa is comfy and seats four and can double as a sleeping spot. Beds are mostly comfortable and there are plenty of quality pillows. Master bedroom has a nice walk in shower while the hall bath has a tub. Commodes are fine, no problems with plumbing. Modern TVā€™s in all rooms with remotes and basic cable service. 304 does not have its own secure WiFi. There is a generic non-secure, open guest WiFi shared by the building but itā€™s woefully inadequate for the traffic itā€™s required to handle (itā€™s best during the day and the off season) e.g. we can run the Apple TV box off it during the non peak season when there arenā€™t many people in the building but forget about it in summertime. The pool is a good size and thereā€™s a hot tub and dry sauna - all are kept clean. We have rented this unit at least four times now and we go back because its great for the money. We might buy a unit here. Thatā€™s how much we enjoy it.

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was exactly as expected! Beautiful view of the ocean! Covered parking was nice to have. Easy access to the room from the elevator. Had to reach out to Amanda because a couple of the beach chairs were broken. She immediately responded and had new chairs sent within the hour! Would definitely return! Actually we would have booked this condo for our fall trip but it was already taken for those dates!

Cape Winds Unit 304 is a favourite of ours; weā€™ve stayed there several times and plan to stay again. Always clean, up to date, and comfortable furniture. Beds were very restful. The view from terrace is expansive and preferable to the ground floor. Cape Windsā€™ pool is always clean and rarely crowded.

Prime location

It was more than what we expected. The view from the balcony, the cruise ships, and all the boats. This checked off more than we thought. Even tho we missed the space x launches we did hear the last one. From finding coconuts on the beach, to the great eatery on the pier, the friendly locals and those we met who were also on vacation, I can say we most definitely will be back!!!

Having a view of the ocean from your balcony makes all your troubles go away! Condo was perfect and being able to walk to the beach a positive. The beach was not crowded at all during our stay. The pool is a great size and very clean. We enjoyed our daily stops there as well. We will return for sure! Orlando airport is a little overwhelming, however.

Beautiful beach

We loved this property! The beach was not very crowded and very nice. So many seashells! The condo was very clean and had plenty of everything we needed for the week. All we had to buy was food! It was a very happy fun vacation for our family of 6. I do wish the pool had more of a shallow end for the kids. Itā€™s mostly very deep. They couldnā€™t stand in it. But they still had fun and got to work on swimming skills. I would definitely recommend this property.

Last Minute Getaway

The condo was great and the view was even better! We only had a minor issue with the sheets/blankets being dirty. We did not notify anyone due to us being able to wash them ourselves and we didnt feel like it was that big of a deal. Everything else was great! Would definitely recommend staying here. The beach was never busy and we were able to watch 3 rocket launches. It was perfect for our family of 5!

Perfect Getaway!

Kelsy is AMAZING!! She is very responsive and helpful. The only problem we had was with the washer/dryer. There was an issue with the washer but she had repair guys out multiple times over a few days working on it. In the meantime she allowed us access to another unit so we could wash our clothes. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and watching the sunrise every morning and gazing at the ocean... spectacular views. This condo is the perfect layout and size. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There are plenty of towels and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers is a plus. The dining room chairs aren't the most comfortable but they are sufficient. We will definitely be back to stay on future trips to the area. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Excellent unit and location!

Just returned from a great week at this property. Immaculate unit, very spacious, well decorated and not cluttered. Comfortable living room furniture and bedrooms. Excellent, prompt communication with Kelsy, the host. A close drive to have a bite and watch the cruise ships at the port, and equally close drive to Cocoa Beach and various restaurants. Quiet building, beautiful view from the balcony. Property is very well taken care of. Sits on a gorgeous spot on the beach. For 7 years we have stayed in Madeira Beach and this was our first time on the Atlantic side - we will definitely be returning to this particular property!

Super emplacement!

Nous avons eu une belle semaine dans ce condo au bord de la plage. Nous avons profiter des terrains de sport, de la piscine et du spa. Le quartier est tranquille mais les restaurants restent accessibles Ć  pied ou en vĆ©lo. Tout est bien entretenu dans lā€™immeuble et le condo est propre en gĆ©nĆ©ral. La cuisine serait dĆ» pour un gros mĆ©nage dans le coin du frigo. Le point nĆ©gatif est que les chambres du condo sont situĆ©es prĆØs de la chute Ć  dĆ©chets et nous avons eu des rĆ©veils presque tous les matins vers 7h avec le bruits de bouteilles de vitre qui tombent de 2 Ć©tages. Les points positifs sont lā€™accĆØs rapide Ć  la plage, la belle vue en prenant son cafĆ© et les activitĆ©s disponibles de lā€™immeuble.

A wonderful place, a terrible trip

We could have really enjoyed the Cape Winds property. It was clean and comfortable. The furniture was all exactly what we wanted it to be. Comfy beds, delightful sofa on which to relax while staring out at the ocean. From the 3rd floor, you have a great view of the ocean & the deck is a wonderful place to munch down your breakfast as you gauge the weather & dayā€™s activities. Add to that a really delightful pool & easy beach access & what more could you want? Well, I would have liked one day of health during our 2 week stay but, unfortunately, that wasnā€™t in the cards. My husband was dreadfully ill for the first week & just as he was recovering, I got sick. We arrived a day late because of his illness and left a day early because of mine & felt pretty miserable every day in between. But the condo was quite a comfortable place to feel lousy in as well. And if you can feel comfortable in a rental when youā€™re that sick, just imagine how much fun you could have when healthy!!! Iā€™m hoping to find that out next year.
