Located in Downtown Canton, this gem has 3 bedrooms and 2 .5 baths  plus a great backyard entertainment area with new hot tub.  Plenty of parking including the garage. Many golf courses within a 6 to 15 mile radius, the nearest is Springdale at Cold Mountain.  The location makes Smoky Mountain Panacea a great base for "scootin" around Western North Carolina, easy to use the "back roads" and stay off the interstate. Very close to the vibrant Downtown Canton Brewery and restaurant scene.

No pets permitted .

If any pet is brought to the premise you will be charged a $500 pet penalty for each unauthorized pet and subject to being asked to leave immediately.

We Strongly recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD for most properties.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.

 No glassware or bottles are permitted in or around the hot tub nor any bathbombs, additives etc are to be used in hot tubs.
  
NO fireworks are permitted on the premises as this is a safety and forest fire hazard.

This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm.  You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our reservation system that must be signed as part of this Agreement and the renter is bound by the terms of that Agreement.
