"Ian & family We had such an enjoyable 3 night weekend. The cottage was so cozy & comfortable. Perfect location with lots of privacy. We had a fire in the pit every day & the hot tub was great with a view of a nice little waterfall. We love the village of Naples & your brewery in Canandaigua. "not a comfortable environment at all, cabin was full of bugs and cob webs everywhere, have to pay for guest’s to come visit. They say speed limit 5 mph but they zoom around on go carts going past cars, then tell the cars to slow down, because you’re not white!!!!!!! Most horrible experience ever!!! Then got police called on us as well!!!!! "

"We enjoyed our stay overall at this vrbo! The location is excellent, it is a 5 min walk to the lake. The neoghborhhod was quiet and felt safe. It was nice to have our own parking spot on the property. The house is newly renovated, and had nice finished and a kitchen that had all the needed tools. There were a few tjings that could still be added as part of the renovation, but ill assume that is ongoing."

"We booked this property for the total eclipse. Unfortunately, it was cloudy but it was a perfect location. Close to town, close to local vineyards, quiet with a private dock. This was PERFECT for a couple looking to get away in a beautiful spot."

"Loved the house, feet from the water's edge, shallow at the edge of the lawn and wonderful view of the lake. Too soon in the season for docks to be in, it would have been nice to walk out over the water. Enjoyed watching the birds on the lake. Spacious deck, A great time skipping stones on the water. "This site was booked for viewing of the total solar eclipse. And while the weather did not cooperate, the site itself was perfect. The grounds were lovely and private, and the house was clean and comfortable. I think it would be even better if there was a television onsite, but overall it was a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful setting. The host was very accommodating and responsive and terrific to work with."

We brought groceries and had everything we needed at the house to make all meals. Loved the dining table in the front room with the wonderful view of the lake. "Went to Keuka lake for the eclipse, the house was in a great location, close to Pen Yan and wineries. House had 3 bedrooms and 1 small bathroom. The annex house of which we had access to had another bathroom ( toilet and sink upstairs and a shower down stairs.) The house on the water had great decks to view the eclipse and the lake. "The house is tucked away off the main roadway. A large lot close to a creek, with benches, a hammock, fire pit for a relaxing rejuvenating stay. Very comfortable"
