Casa Iris is located directly on the picturesque seafront of Camogli, just a few steps from beaches, bars, and restaurants.
It’s the ideal location for a relaxing holiday in the heart of one of the most charming villages in Liguria.
Here, you can enjoy the sea, sunsets, and the authentic atmosphere of this corner of paradise.

🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION

🏠 The house consists of a bright living room with sofa bed and a splendid sea view 🌊, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower 🚿, and a second half-bathroom 🚽.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, without an elevator 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️, but don’t worry! The breathtaking views and the comfort 🏞️🛋️ will reward every little effort 💪✨.

The property does not have private parking, but this won't be a problem: the central location and the beauty of the place will allow you to enjoy the best of Camogli without worries! 🌞

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay.
For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, without interruption!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive with complete freedom, without restrictions.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50


🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom


⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)


⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.”
If you plan to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking the access hours.
In any case, paid parking 🅿️ is available in town, where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay without worries! 😊


👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and highchair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, linen included


🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly


🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the booking price


♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
