This is our first time to the area. Upon arrival we thought the neighborhood looked a little run down. Super close to restaurants, shops and the ocean.We have grown accustomed to 11am checkouts at other places. The 10 am checkout surprised us because we didn't look at the checkout instructions until the morning of. So we had to scramble a little bit."
