"Condo is very old. Dishes were in the dishwasher. Unsure if clean or not and didn’t use them. Pools were small and shady most of time. Office with key was too far away. However, location was great. Easy to beach and restaurants. I won’t stay there again given the furnishings. "

"This condo has a fabulous view of the ocean. It is in a great location. Right across the street from Coligny Plaza which has lots of restaurants and shopping. We parked our car on the day we arrived and didn’t get in it again until the day we left. Would stay here again!"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. We were only down for a few days for fishing but had a great time. Right on the beach, within walking distance to Coligny plaza which has food and shopping. Nothing fancy but we enjoyed our stay."

"The location was great with easy access to walk to the beach and sidewalks the whole way! It was great to have pools on the property and as added bonus was the corn hole and ping pong table in the clubhouse. The space was clean and cozy. Loved having two bathrooms! We experienced the neighbors being quiet. Will definitely keep this in mind if I decide to return to Hilton Head!"

"Property was beautiful, wonderful deck and scenic view. Only complaint was the bathroom lighting is not so great in either bathroom and the upstairs bath air vent does not seem to be working, it gets hot in there. Otherwise a comfortable unit."
