Newly renovated condo close to the beach that sleeps 6. This is an amenity-filled resort that will not disappoint families, couples, golfers, or those looking for a fun weekend getaway. Close proximity to beaches, top notch restaurants, and many experiences that will meet the needs of all our guests.

​Our space provides comfort and convenience. The main area consists of 1 bedroom with a king sleigh bed, a full bath and large smart television. Our open living room has a fireplace and a large smart television. There is a fully stocked kitchen that is that is ready for your favorite dish, and a well appointed dining area. Wicker furniture on the balcony makes a great place for coffee in the morning or a relaxing place to just hang out after a day of golf, beach, pool or shopping.

Bedroom 2 is a great space for in-laws, older children, couples privacy, or group travel. This area includes 2 queen beds. large smart television, jacuzzi tub, shower, mini fridge, sink, coffee maker, microwave and hot plate.

​Towels and linens are provided (no linen/towel service during the week). A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. Guest beach towels and a cooler are provided (located in the 2nd bedroom closet). A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided. You'll find toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion) in both bathrooms, as well as dish soap and dishwasher detergent, and starter supplies of toilet paper and paper towel.

​Cable and internet are provided. A grill is on premises (outside the building).

Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort is a gated community with challenging courses for every skill level. The Byrd – Johnston design provides 27 holes with three completely different 9-hole layouts. This provides three separate 18-hole set ups and some of the best championship golf in Brunswick County. Other amenities at Brunswick Plantation include a golf pro shop and tavern. In the Brunswick House you’ll find an indoor saltwater pool, hot tub and fitness facility, and outside, one of 3 pools on the grounds. There is also a pickleball and tennis court and volleyball court.

Nearby is Sunset Beach just 15 minutes away and is called the most beautiful beach in North Carolina. If you love strolls on the beach, make sure you walk to the bird sanctuary from the south side of Sunset Beach's pier. You won't regret it (check out the mailbox there!) For the fishing enthusiasts Sunset Beach has a 900-foot pier for catching the latest delicacies. While on the topic, Calabash has some amazing gastronomical finds and is known as the Seafood Capital of the World and is known for its Calabash-style seafood. After a delightful meal, take a stroll through some of Calabash’s quaint shops where you can find items to remind you of the memories you have made.

Some other areas of interest are Myrtle Beach, which is 25 minutes away and has a myriad of activities, Ocean Isle Beach, that boasts a Museum of Coastal Carolina, The Swamp Park which is an outdoor amusement center designed for all ages, fishing tours, wine bars and breweries. Holden Beach is just a little farther up the road and is known for its shelling. There is literally something for everyone.
