"I've stayed in hotels around the World but I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist asked me for my credit card to pay the total amount for the 3 nights. I immediately told her that I already paid upon reservation and she said I was right. When I left the hotel I have been charged the full amount once more!! This is definitely a fraudulent scheme since I clearly said that I had paid for the hotel earlier and the receptionist confirmed it....

"Our family of 6 stayed at the Coral Sands Resort for a family holiday/special event. Beautiful clean accommodation situated just out of Cairns on the way to Port Douglas. Lovely walkways to the pool area. Staff helpful and lovely to deal with. The location is amazing! Beautiful views of the beach and a 60sec walk to beautiful restaurants and COFFEE! We will definitely be coming back. "

"My wife and l and our 2 teenage boys stayed in the ground floor penthouse near the main pool. Our stay was a welcoming one right from from the beginning at check in. The room was spacious and clean had had all the facilities you would expect in an apartment. Room service daily was an unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here again as it was the perfect location to all the dining and activities that we needed during our stay."

"Brand New Property located off Trinity Beach. Extremely secure with security gate. Located in a very quiet area. Owner Operator very friendly offering a tour of the facilities also. Woolworths a 5 min drive. High level to detail in furnishings and building design, very impressive facility. Normally opt for Palm Cove, will be opting for this facility moving forward. "

"Great place - I would definitely stay here again, right in the heart of Palm Cove. Only downside was heater in pool was not working the second week of my stay, though I know they were trying to get it fixed - I'm sure it's good by now. Beautiful grounds, loved the balconey, the "library", laundry. Even provided a rack for drying clothes and an umbrella in my unit. Great place!"

"Ótima localização, quarto muito espaçoso, estilo apartamento (o que nos fez aguentar os dias de chuva em Cainrs). Não tem serviço de quarto (limpeza, arrumadeira, etc), o que deixa o preço mais atrativo (caso você não se importe) Vista para o Mar!"
