There is a spacious living area with upscale furnishings. All rooms have flat screen TVs along with USA satellite and a stereo system which can be heard from all rooms as well as the outdoor terrace. Free incoming and outgoing calls to the USA is provided.
There are three bedrooms all which feature ensuite full bathrooms. There is a large study area which can be converted into a fourth bedroom utilizing the Murphy Bed.
The large contemporary kitchen is full equipped with a breakfast bar area, dining table, full size refrigerator, and many appliances. There is a fully stocked pantry area along with a full laundry room. The dring water is completely filtered throught the Villa Las Estancia complex.
