●Bachelorette parties are ok upon approval
●Bachelor party men groups upon approval please inquire.
●Must be over 25 unless traveling as a family.
●ALL guests must be registered on the reservation, with names and IDs provided to the host. NO unauthorized guests or vendors will be allowed access to the community.
●Main renter will have to provide their ID to the security gate.
●Occupancy cannot exceed what you reserved the listing for. The host must approve additional guests and are subject to a $100 per person per night fee plus taxes and fees.
●No unapproved vendors. All vendors must be booked through our concierge service. Unapproved vendors will not be allowed access to the community.
●Pets Allowed at Owners discretion $300 Non-refundable deposit
●Quiet time is 10 pm-8 am.
●Music must be kept below 80 decibels at any time throughout the day.
●Community guidelines prohibit unauthorized visitors, additional guests, and vendors other than what is registered and approved.
●No decorations with glitter. Deep cleaning fees will apply. Please do not attach tape to the furniture or walls. The renter will be charged for any damage that results from this.
● Guests who receive fines for breaking the rules, noise, and quiet hour violations are responsible for paying them. If repeat fines are issued, local law enforcement may evict or remove the guests from the property, and no refund will be given.
