"Beautiful, large historic apartment on the bottom floor in a charming, safe neighborhood with brick streets and mossy trees. If you love cool Southern vibes and a comfortable bed, this place is perfect. There's a fun chalk board refrigerator and lots of original features including a claw tub/ shower. "The location was wonderful and one of the best parts of our stay. We loved the area and appreciated being so close to great restaurants and downtown Macon. "Kitchen was fully equipped but I didn’t use their utensils once I saw that the place didn’t look like it had been cleaned by professionals. There was a large ball of lint on the floor under the desk. The furniture is very old and dated as if not much care was put into interior decoration. I used pillow case covers and my own towels. It seems like the host expects the guest to wash towers used, and do the cleaning. I don’t think it provided value for money. I would have been better off getting a...
