"A plumbing company came while I was staying at the unit and did work that was loud, caused me not to have water for 3 hours so, I left and ran some errands. No big deal really - I understand maintenance is a part of owning real estate. Upon my return the A/C wasn't working, however, I made the issue known to the owner, and she was able to move me to another unit within the building quickly. Issues happen. In my opinion, it's how owners/management react to issues, and I believe they did a good...

"Hotel room sized apartment was newly renovated and very clean. Property location is perfectly situated in downtown Macon, across the street from Strayer University and close to Mercer College. Walking distance to all downtown activities. Description is very accurate and communication with owner was very good. Address does lead you to a different Loft and finding building 100 was not easy. Basically you need to find the parking lot off of Plum Street to find building 100, as building is NOT...

"We came into town for a one night stay to listen to some music at the Capitol Theatre. This apartment was so nice, and the location so wonderful, that we extended for the whole weekend. We were worried about the stairs, but the handrail makes them very navigable, even for people With aging joints like us.The deck in back was an excellent place to share coffee in the morning, and in the evening we were rewarded with a surprise when we saw the artist we came into town to hear, Hayes Carll, sitting...

"Wonderful Property ! Very beautiful, well maintained, kept clean as a whistle ! Wonderful Manager that helped me. Excellent friendly bartender the night I had a couple of drinks. I took my car out of the convenient parking deck to go wash it So many great restaurants literally within feet of the hotel. Great downtown location, very safe & well lit neighborhood. It checks all the boxes !"
