"The location of the hotel is wonderful, but it went from feeling like a five star hotel to more of a four star that continue to reduce services and they’ve only been gradually changing out the remodel so it feels a bit choppy in the structure"

"This place is beautifully decorated, and the view of the creek is lovely and peaceful. The Staff are super friendly and my absolute favorite was Sarah the bartender who made the best cocktails! I will only stay here when I come in the area."

"My room was licking water from the sink and all the towels were wet as soon as we got into our room. I told front desk they moved us to another room and sink was clogged for the whole night very gross . I told girl at front desk told her I wanted a discount would be nice or something. She informed me that manager would call me as soon as he got in but I got no phone call. I would not recommend the place to anyone else."

"Be aware that the door closers are faulty. My hand was slammed in the door because it shut hard instead of closing softly. I reported it immediately and even took photos and video, but no one came to check it and management never followed up as promised."

"Nice grounds but you have to bring your own coffee and coffee filters if you want coffee in the morning. Wasn’t aware of that and would have liked to relax in the morning while having a cup in the patio area."

"WE arrived to a warm friendly staff, room neat, clean, quiet and well laid out. Close to a Starbucks for snacks and beverages. Hotel has excellent access to freeway, amenities as needed and priced reasonably. HVAC worked great."

"Good area in Campbell, staff were nice and helpful, continental breakfast was great. Room was big and spacious. The only complain I have is, the pullout sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep in. Other than that our one night stay was perfect."
