You may also access our community common area which includes a full basketball court, tennis/pickleball court, sand volleyball court, private sandy beach and boat launch in case you wish to bring your own boat or jet ski! The Neighborhood:

This home is located in Lake Anna’s premier neighborhood, Noah’s Landing. Noah’s Landing is located on the most private and coolest pond of the private side of Lake Anna. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. Amazing community amenities and miles of private roads and trails for walking, jogging and cycling provides plenty of areas for fun and recreation.



This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft.



Getting Around:

Noah's Landing is Lake Anna’s premier neighborhood, while it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles.
