"Rooms are great location is wonderful. Lots of shops and restaurants in the same complex. Staff was less to be desired. Front desk gal was just rude. Clearly did not want to be there and did not want to be helpful."

"All TV’s where not working in the morning in all rooms to watch the news , they came back on after a couple hours ."

Went to check in and waited an hr because rooms weren't clean. in my booking I requested a first or second story case of emergency since am in a knee brace I would not be able to take the stairs. A gentleman said he would take care of it and then a woman called me to check whom heard me tell the gentleman and told me I was on the 4th floor. I get in the room with my family for all to shower and we had 2 full sets of towels. My husband went down and was told they had none...

"I like that it was away from the highway, so vehicle noise was low. Has a nice maintained outside area to walk and walk your dogs. Our room was neat and clean. We used the washer and dryer very convenient and clean. My con was the noisy a/c, but I can put up with it, cause it sure did cool well. All in all everything was wonderful and people are friendly. Thank you staff and management."

"The staff was informative and very accommodating. For the area, the Inn of Rockwall, is an understated Holiday Inn."

"condition of the place terrible, dirty sheets and bad smell in room, blood in doors, and sheets with cigarette marks on sheets, and staff was terribly unkind, i had 2 rooms reserved and she gave me rooms separated in opposite side of the buildings, worst experience that I can remember."

"I booked 2 rooms because my mom had to have surgery.. the hospital called the last minute and canceled the surgery. The hotel management would not agree to refund. Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back.."

"I was extremely pleased with the assistance from the front desk staff upon check-in. On a different note I reported an electrical problem with a floor lamp to the Cleaning staff while she was cleaning our room to prepare for the second day of our stay. This issue was not important to me, but I didn’t notice that it was not repaired during the second day of our stay. Overall, I was very pleased with our accommodations."

"la había habitación q me dieron no era , el baño no tenía cortina , solo me bañé yo , xq chispoteaba el agua y la puerta del baño la quise cerrar y no se pudo , estaba quebrada , 1 poco sucio el piso , como engañan a la gente , se ven tan elegantes , y ya te cobran el dinero y ya q puede decir 1 nada , es 1 estafa , hotel corriente , tengo fotos y 1 video q grave . yo llegaba siempre a esos hoteles el 6 , era otra cosa , se me hacían tan elegantes , ahora hasta vive gente , entran y salen mucho...

"Booked for 2 nights they checked us out after 1 night. Came back later that night they had to give us different room. Wires exposed had to have desk person put outlet cover on. Hair in bed ants crawling on nightstands. Woke up with bites but couldn't find any bugs. Terrible run down place, avoid staying here"

"The entire stay ans encounter was terrible. The sheets were brown i was chewed up the entire night. And was charged a 25 deposit after being told that it was 20. "

"This was a worst experience, first the heat in the room didn’t work. The room had a bad odor to it, then the bathroom. Don’t even get me started on that it was horrible there was even hair still in the sink. The shower was not pleasing at all you would have needed shower shoes to take a shower. After being there only an hour I ended up leaving the pictures on the internet are not the same as in person. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. "
