South Main is an award winning new urbanist community steps away from downtown Buena Vista. Restaurants and shopping abound. There are usually weekly concerts in the park and you are a stones throw away from the Arkansas River with amazing trout fishing, rafting, river surfing, and kayaking. Several hiking trails are right outside your back gate and kids love the skate park and pump track down the block. You really can park and walk or bike everywhere. Please note, if you are looking for remote and secluded, this is not the place for you. There are friendly neighbors walking and kids biking all around. The neighborhood maintains strict quiet hours after 10 but there are often weddings/ concerts/ etc going on at the nearby park and Surf Hotel.

This recently built house has reclaimed wood floors and many designer touches. Sleeps 6 (or 8 comfortably with the pull out sofa) and includes several air mattresses and a pack-n-play for extra babies or toddlers. Your pup will be right at home with a memory foam doggie bed and a fenced in back yard. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices and oils and every kitchen gadget (even an instapot) so leave everything at home and unwind in the perfect vacation spot.

You can bike and walk to almost everything in town. To get to further hikes, hot springs, etc, you will need a car.

Dogs are allowed with a $100/pet/ stay fee. Please do not leave dogs unattended in house. Dog bed and bowl are provided but no crates- so bring one if you plan to leave Fido at the house alone. If you plan to leave dogs kenneled past dark, please kennel them inside, not in the back yard. Incessant barking that becomes a nuisance to the neighborhood will result in you being asked to leave and find other accommodations, and you will not be refunded.
2 cruiser bikes are provided. Please do not take off road. They are meant to go into town, not down mountains. Locks are also provided and bikes should be kept in shed when not in use.
