Relax in our beautifully decorated large, open floor plan, Island style home that is all on one level. Located on a quiet, private dead end street our house is two and half miles from the public beach and pier area and one mile from Sea Island Resort /The Cloister.
We think our property is special because:
- Large open floor plan making it perfect for family vacations, retreats etc
- Large open living room plus sitting area, kitchen, laundry room, dining room
- Located on short dead end street making it private and quiet. Duck pond at end.
- All one level, so no steps for elderly people or children
- Five bedrooms and three bathrooms sleeps 9, great for large retreats / families
- Prime location, walk to Harris Teeter and other shops and restaurants and closest vaca rental to Sea Island. Sea Palms is close as well.
- Location provides for getting on and off the Island quick and easy via Sea Island Road.
- High quality towels, sheets and covers and super comfortable mattresses providing a great night sleep for all.
- Parking for four vehicles
- Combo coffee maker makes pod or drip coffee. We provide the coffee pods
- Xfinity Cable tv and streaming available.
- Hi speed wifi
- All for a very affordable price compared to other five bedroom houses
- Always immaculately clean
- We provide beach towels and beach chairs and some games
- As owner / property manager we respond to you fast.
- We provide a restaurant recommendation list.
- Unlike large property management companies we care about the quality of your stay and work extremely hard to insure the best stay possible.
- Easy access to the house via coded door lock. We don't inundate you with useless messages, emails. Just the access information five days before your arrival. Very simple and easy.
Bed layout
- Master has a king bed
- Second bedroom has a king bed with a Ghost Hybrid brand mattress
- Third and fourth bedrooms have queens
- Fifth has a full bed.
We take your safety and security very seriously by having exterior security cameras at both the front entrance, side entrance and back. We also will consider pets. We normally allow dogs up to 15 lbs with our prior approval and a pet fee. Dogs are the only pet we will consider. We also vacation rent the one bedroom cottage that is located above the detached garage on the back of the property. So if you need more space you can rent this space as well. The VRBO property number for it is 3690215. If you have more than six guests we do charge a per night per person additional guest fee. Please enter the correct number of adults and guests into the system. My wife and I own and manage six other vacation rental properties and have managed them for over 15 years now. We make ourselves available 24/7 to you by providing you with our direct cell numbers. We were awarded as a Premier Partner by VRBO/Homeaway due to our high level of guest satisfaction and vacation experience. We have other VRBO/Homeaway properties, their property numbers are: 3690215, 4653229,2675915, 359572, 4061158 and 4041154. We hope you will give us a try and stay in our great Island home. We fully believe that you won't be disappointed. We require selfie photo with ID to verify your identify.
