The Price does not Include:
- Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week), maximum number of 1 animal. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
- Tourist Tax(where applicable)

Villa Miki is a modern, 300 sq m villa, tastefully decorated in the local traditional style with wrought iron beds and wooden furniture that lend warmth to the house. Its location is perfect for getting to the gentle hills covered by the vineyards of some of the best cru (vineyards) of Piedmont: Barbera and Moscato. The strong point of Villa Miki is the large porch, centre of the house, which greets you on arrival with a large seating area, a small kitchen, a wood oven and a large table for your social occasions. On hot summer days, relaxing in the shade of the porch, you can savour the delicious wines and sample the local foods while the swimming pool, located just a few steps away, invites you to take a dip and cool off. In one part of the property live the courteous, discreet owners who will greet you with a warm welcome.

Interior:
The villa has two floors. Adjacent to the porch is the entrance to the cosy living room with fireplace (ornamental) and furnished with comfortable orange sofas. On the left hand side you access the kitchen/dining room and from here the laundry. From the kitchen, a stone staircase leads up to part of the first floor where there are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Back to the ground floor living room, on the right hand side door opens into the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. A wooden staircase in the living room leads up to the second part of first floor with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with balcony, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together to form a double bed), a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms on the first floor.

Park:
The 1000 sq m lawned garden in front of the house, with the swimming pool, is completely enclosed. It contains a few tall trees while the perimeter is planted with hedges. Next to the villa is the large porch with kitchen and wood oven, dining and living area.

Swimming Pool:
The rectangular swimming pool, easily accessible from the porch and the garden, is about 15 m from the villa and measures 8 x 4 m with the depth varying from 40 to 180 cm. Roman steps lead into the water and it is illuminated so that you can swim during the beautiful summer nights. It is lined in sky-blue fiberglass and has chlorine purification and a hot-water shower. The pool area is completed by a sunbathing area set up with sunbeds, gazebo, umbrella, table and chairs. The pool is available from the first saturday of May to the last saturday of September.
