Are you looking for a place to get away and chill? Then the Chill Top Cabin is the perfect family getaway for you! This cozy cabin offers a range of exciting activities for all ages, including a cornhole set and a foosball table to keep everyone entertained. Unwind by the wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for quality family time. The cabin also features a playset for the little ones and a relaxing hot tub for the adults to enjoy. Escape to this idyllic retreat and create lasting memories with your loved ones while watching deer from the back porch. This pet-friendly vacation rental allows for up to 2 dogs under 50lbs each, with a fee of $125 per pet.

The living room features a cozy leather couch, an oversized chair with an ottoman, an accent chair, a big screen TV with cable, throw blankets, and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay. The dining area offers seating for 10 at the table, with additional seating available at the kitchen island for 4, making it ideal for family gatherings or entertaining friends.

The first Master Bedroom and Bathroom (Downstairs) offers a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a hutch, and a TV with cable, all providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The ensuite bathroom boasts double vanity sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a soaker tub, ensuring a spa-like experience. Guests will find all necessary amenities such as linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash readily available for their convenience.

The second bedroom (Upstairs) features a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a closet with hangers, a pull-out couch, and a TV with cable, providing a cozy and inviting space for relaxation.

The bunk room (Upstairs) offers a unique sleeping arrangement with a queen-sized bunk bed with a twin on top, a TV with cable, suitcase stands, a bench, and a closet with hangers, catering to both comfort and functionality.

The second bathroom (Upstairs) is equipped with double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a soaker tub, providing guests with a luxurious and convenient space. Just like the downstairs bathroom, all linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for guests' comfort.

The Loft Area entertains with a foosball table and a closet full of games, ensuring guests have plenty of activities to enjoy during their stay.

Outdoor Living is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring a bench swing for 3, an additional bench for 2, outdoor dining for 6, a gas grill with provided propane, a private hot tub, a playset, cornhole, and a fire pit with seating for 6, allowing guests to make the most of their time outdoors in a comfortable and enjoyable setting.

General Information – Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 9, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
