-Pool heat is $75 per night per cabin (i.e. $75 for 1 cabin, $150 for both cabins) and must be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heat fee is specifically to cover the costs associated with heating the pool.

★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs at Poolin' in the Pines, but not at The Hidden Hideaway. A pet fee of $150 is required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV fast charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Poolin' in the Pines has a 240V charger. Guests planning to charge their car at the cabin should bring their own adaptors and charging cables to ensure compatibility.

★Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar

- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

This property is located off a gravel road. Charging station only available at Poolin’ in the Pines


***** General Pool Policy *****
- Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay (cannot be adjusted daily).
- Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
- Pools will be heated to a maximum of 90°F.
- Please note: Pool heaters can generally only increase the water temperature by about 30°F above the outside air temperature.

*** Late Requests ***
- Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in will be subject to a $50 surcharge.
- Last-minute pool heating requests can only be handled between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

*** Fees & Refunds ***
- Pool heating fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of running the pool heater, regardless of weather conditions or usage.

*** Weather Limitations ***
- If the outside temperature drops below 32°F at night, pool heating will not be available.
- Pool heaters are not equipped to operate in freezing conditions, and requests during such times will be declined.
