"The property was beautiful and Olivia was very helpful. The check in process is the only reason that I rated this lower than Excellent because it was difficult to access app initially and I received no instructions until paperwork was satisfied which involved sending photos of selfies with ID's as well as CC selfie and this was not clear in booking which felt a bit off as I had never had to do this in past travels and bookings."

"Comfortable modern apartment, nice view, handy to Toowong Station and UQ. Check-in was tricky (involving several platforms, filling in a check-in form and uploading photos of various documents - fiddly and time-consuming - also the check-in instruction was ambiguous on the lockbox location, so I had to make a late-night call to the host for help to clarify it) and then check-out was a nightmare, as the keycode on the lockbox had been changed (why?) and the code on the checkout instructions...

"The noise and fumes from the traffic being only 60m from a major road was so bad I had to sleep on the couch for two nights, no wonder they won't provide you with the actual address until after you have paid, I wouldn't have stayed hear if I knew the location. The whole unit needs a deep clean, the floors were sticky and disgusting. The smell from the room deodoriser the cleaners had sprayed was so strong I wanted to vomit. The NBN was dreadfully slow.
