"I made a booking and received confirmation stating standard ID requirements applied at check-in. However, this is not the case. As there is no reception desk to check into, I was asked to upload a photo of my driver’s licence in addition to a selfie holding my bankcard displaying my full name and expiry dates. I was further asked to provide a screenshot of my bank account that payment had been made from. I queried how my personal ID, images and banking details were being stored and voiced...

"Great spot to get to Suncorp Stadium. Great value just needed to be cleaner. We turned on a ceiling fan and it sprayed clumps of built up dust all over the beds … the dust in the fan was neatly an inch thick"

"We had a wonderful stay at Central Haven with our family of 9. The home was spacious, beautifully styled, and in a fantastic location. The kitchen had everything we needed. Just a heads up - the 4th bedroom (with bunks) is right by the front door, so it got chilly and a bit wet when it rained as there is a big gap in the front door entrance. Other than that, a great experience."
