The house is very well appointed including a large gourmet kitchen with comercial oven and cooktop. The master bedroom is located on the upper level with bathroom including bathtub, kitchen, living areas, huge deck the width of the house and a smaller private deck to the rear. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, laundry, and again a huge covered deck.

Features: 4 bedrooms ( 1 queen, 1 double, 3 singles, 1 trundle) 2 bathrooms, bathtub for the kids, TV, DVD Player, microwave, dishwasher, clothes dryer, ceiling fans, carport. Please note that this property is not fenced.

Linen supplied and beds made for arrival.

* Pets allowed. Outside only. No fencing at property only enclosed decks. No more than 2 dogs.
* If Wifi is offered it is a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
* To ensure the comfort of guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for ''Schoolies'' breaks/under 21 yrs groups.

This house is in urgent need of maintenance! Doors don’t open, broken insect screens, dirty cooking utensils in cupboards, dirty oven, faulty gas cooker, only 1 ring out of 4 was working, there must be blockage with these gas’s rings, frustrating cooking experience indeed. Ray White agent was helpful but only able to help with small problems. Indoor dining table in need of more chairs! 4 chairs are hardly adequate for a house able to accommodate 8! Especially on rainy days and cold night when dining on veranda is not possible. Down stairs toilet needs urgent attention due to missing tiles on the floor which was a trip hazards. There is NO fire alarms installed in the house, A MAJOR RENTAL LAW OFFENCE, This is illegal, two fire alarms discs were found in a drawer in the kitchen. This deficit/negligence must be rectified ASAP before preventable accidents happen. A carbon monoxide detector in the house is a great idea since gas is the main source for cooking. Insects screening for the whole house will enhance the comfort of holiday guests too. If all these are done, this house will be a nice house to stay.

Good setup

The place was well located, quiet, private and well set up. It was poorly maintained, with broken blinds, difficult to lock doors, but great for the price.

A comfortable house with great verandas to enjoy the tree tops and view. However mosquitoes were a problem inside - some screen doors don’t close properly and the open louvres high in the ceiling are not screened. A venitian was completely mangled and hanging like a bunch if rubble around the top of a window. Several other things gave the overall impression of a place in need of some maintenance. The 9am check out is unusually early and made the last morning rushed.

Pros: -location -parking -lots of bedrooms -deck space and common space is nice -close to beach Cons: -not clean - dust everywhere, spiders in every corner and ceiling, dirty dishes in cupboard -no hand washing soap in bathrooms -no wifi -not enough blankets for cold evenings -hot water goes from lava to chilly and back again for the duration of use - makes the 4min recommended shower length impossible -no dishcloths -all the bug screens have holes and are pulled out of track Needs love but has potential.

The house was ok, but we’ll in need of lots of maintenance. Ok for a cheaper rental.

Close to everything at Pint Lookout. Plenty of room. Clean & tidy. Just needs some fixing up. Doors down slide, fly screens mostly broken, no wifi. No issues for our stay though.

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was light and airy with an amazing full length deck. The maintenance on the property is VERY poor. Many lights don’t work, vanities are old and peeling and the oven was not heating at all (both top and bottom elements) which was disappointing as we had brought our own food across to self cater. Also the hot water system alternated between hot and cold whilst showering which was not great. So overall a lovely house but not maintained well.

I'd never stay there again

This house is disgusting. The owners and the agent don't have any respect for their guests. The entertainment unit wasn't connected properly as advertised, and I found a heap of filth on the floor behind it. There were 5 remotes there, 3 of which didn't have backs nor batteries. The oven didn't work and the oven door was so disgusting that it looked a health hazard. There was mould on just about every lamp shade. There was dirt on the bedroom floor which looked like it had been there for a long time. Same in the ensuite on the tiles. The downstairs cistern didn't work as only one button worked. The upstairs bedroom sliding door is broken, it doesn't slide shut. The downstairs deck has a lounge suite which looks like it's been picked up from the tip. So filthy. I complained by phone and my wife also did on the last day in person in the office. She got attitude from the estate agent. Seriously. A bad experience. Surely the paying guest deserves more respect.

very comfortable house with plenty of room for a large family. Situated in a beautiful leafy part of Point lookout. Close to a bus stop and beach and short drive to other parts of Point Lookout. Downside was lack of supplies such as soap for bathrooms and dishwasher. And you need to bring more toilet paper..

Nice view but could do with a lift

Enough space and facilities, just a thorough clean and lift with some new linen and crockery and outdoor furniture coverings would make a big difference. BBQ is covered in cobwebs so not inviting to use. Otherwise good location and nice view.

good location poor services

property was unclean. greasy globs of unknown origin on both outdoor and inside furniture. disgusting had to do thorough clean before able to sit on anything. pots and pans in 'Gourmet' kitchen totally unusable black teflon bits flaking into food. need to update photo images on booking site. most screens doors broken need shade covering on top balcony dirty cups and plates in cupboard overflowing bins with previous guests rubbish needs a good upgrade could be 4 star quality property

Chilled out space . Lots of room, close to beaches and point lookout. Not much in the way of supplies in the house, so be sure to come well stocked up

Okay property on a beautiful island

Property needs a good clean, it's very dusty and dirty under and behind furniture. Microwave was broken, fridge was temperamental, light bulb in toilet was not working. Checkout time of 9am is ridiculous. View from balcony is lovely. Great location, saw mum and baby koala and kangaroos. Beaches are beautiful!

Great location, good for families

We had a wonderful stay. The check in and out was extremely easy. The house is located just a short drive from cylinder beach and point look out. We would only recommend a couple extra blankets for winter time.
