"Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! "This property is in a great location! It was clean and beds were super comfy. 3 full baths were great for 4 women. We were really disappointed to find out the balcony is not usable. That is one of the main reasons we booked this place. The owner needs to update the pictures on VRBO to indicate the balcony is under maintenance."

It was a strange back alley entrance with standing water and rickety steps up to the unit but confusion over which unit was ours. "Property was great and very clean. Check in process was extremely easy and very informative email was sent before check-in. The only thing that was lacking, which may be my own fault is the downstairs bedroom, the one with one bed is not a bedroom as the walls do not go to the ceiling. It offers privacy to get dressed but no privacy for conversations or intimate relations in the bedroom. The location was key so I would rent again but maybe not bring all my kids. :)"

"I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible."
