"The staff really tried their best to help, but unfortunately the room itself was a huge disappointment. We booked the family room and it was very dirty — the shower curtain was covered in mould, and there were items like a comb and small toys left behind under the beds. Because of the condition of the room, I ended up paying an extra £100 just to move to another room so I could at least have a clean shower.

"Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Issues with the shower once we entered the room, no one had checked that the shower was even working before giving us the room and they had to call plumbing. A damp smell in the room too. Told the hotel was full and couldn’t move to another room and had to go shower in another room.
