"The bed was comfortable. It was nice having a refrigerator in the room. Having a washer and dryer was very nice. However having to climb three flights of stairs was not nice. I do not remember the stairs listed when booking. The key pad on the door did not work and I had to spend at least 15 minutes on the phone getting instructions on how to open a lockbox to obtain a key to manually open the door. The pre register process was very involved. The trash can in the common area was full to...

"The site didn't say that bathrooms are shared. This is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms didn't have lamps, air conditioning, room coffee, or disposable cups to go. False advertising. This is a hostel."
