Spring Haven is a unique 2-bedroom + lofted suite, 2-bathroom private home that comfortably accommodates up to six people. It’s the perfect place to bring the family or two families to experience life in the mountains. Located just 10 minutes from Downtown Breckenridge and the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort, this stylish home in the woods is located in Blue River where you can immerse yourself in the serenity of the woods, but you’re close enough to hit the town for a delicious dinner and drinks or a great day of skiing.

The living area is spacious with vaulted ceilings, exposed timber trusses, and a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river rock gas fireplace and comfortable couches for relaxing while you enjoy the views through the large windows. There’s also a flat-screen TV for watching a movie or the morning snow report. The attached dining room has a nice dining room table with enough room for six people and there’s room for three more at the kitchen counter.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a memorable meal for everyone in your group. There’s a stainless-steel stove and plenty of counter space so your resident chef can spread out while cooking their famous dish. Just off the living area is the porch that allows you to enjoy the beautiful setting of this home. There’s also a gas grill on the porch so you can barbeque after a long day exploring the Rocky Mountains.

Other amenities of this beautiful home include a 1-car garage with room for 2 additional cars in the driveway along with a washer/dryer. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. - Bunk Room: two twin-over-full captain’s bunk beds. (sleeps 6)

Main Level:
- Queen Bedroom: queen bed. (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom: full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card upon check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- A four-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter months.
- Parking: 1-car garage and 2 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.
- Pet Fee: $50 per night per pet. 2 dog max.
