"Okay for starters the location is absolutely perfect. You are right on the lower 4 O'clock run. House was sparkle clean when we showed up. Pick up and check out couldn't have been made easier if they tried. And wonderful communication at the office when you show up and may have questions. However, I must have missed the part that says hot tub in the basement because the chlorine from that tub spreads from basement to ceiling. Almost as soon as you open the front door you will feel and smell...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was extremely clean and spacious. It is a very short walk to the Quicksilver lift and the free ski valet is a nice bonus. Parking underground was easy and convenient. It is right in the mix of all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if it is available. "

"The first night the smoke alarm in the bedroom starting chirping in the middle of night forcing us to move into the living room to try and sleep. We called at 3am to hopefully get some kind of help and were told there was nothing they could do and someone would be there first thing in the morning to repair. In the morning we went to the main desk and were met with a young man who could have cared less about us or our issue. He had no record of our call from 3am and told us he would get someone...

"Great location in town. Easy trolly ride to the gondola from right out front. Townhouse is huge. It was clean and well stocked with anything you could need for an extended stay. Host was very responsive. Perfect place and set up in Breckenridge. "
