Nestled on the side of the ski lift, this is updated studio in the Village at Breckenridge is heaven!
This freshly renovated studio unit features new furnishings, modern decorative touches, updated bath and kitchen and the location could not be better! Located at the base of the Peak 9 Mountain, you will enjoy easy ski slope access. This condo is also conveniently located less than one block from the premiere shopping, dining, drinking and more that Downtown Breckenridge has to offer.

This spacious studio suite sleeps 4 and is perfect for year-round adventures. In the winter, you can enjoy skiing, easy ski school access on Peak 9, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! You can ski during the morning and come back for lunch in your own condo! In the summer, you can hike, swim, bike, fish, golf, horseback ride, white water raft, and much more! Or, just kick back and enjoy the view or sample one of Breckenridge’s many restaurants, breweries or distilleries!

New renovations bring a modern, yet classic style to this condo, including a spacious King Size bed, new appliances, and a fun vintage ski vibe. Guests have plenty of room to relax on all new furniture in the living area in front of a flat screen TV, with full Google Home integration so you can cast your favorite videos and play your favorite music from your phone / smart device! The views from the living area are impossible to beat! Look outside to see the slopes on Peak 9, catch a glimpse of the Quicksilver Chairlift, and people watch from the privacy of the unit. The full, updated kitchen provides a perfect wet bar area and is equipped with all major cooking appliances and utensils, including a combo Keurig / coffee maker. The large bathroom is comprised of three separate rooms, including a dual vanity, for your convenience and privacy.

It is nearly impossible to beat the location and convenience of the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include a remodeled in 2022 indoor/outdoor pool, multiple outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet.

We stayed at this adorable little condo in Breckenridge for 3 nights during the off season! The location was perfect, the condo was inviting, and so comfortable. It was such a nice place to relax and catch up on some much needed R&R. If we are ever in the area and need a place to lay our heads, we will definitely book again!

Great location and cute condo! I should have known this, but FYI- no AC! Open windows and fan made it comfy, but as someone who needs it to be 65 degrees inside, it was a challenge! Condo is well appointed, clean-bed is a little challenging to get out of if you are on the side up against the wall. Overall, would recommend.

All good. Only comment is the floor could have used a good mop and buff...a little gray on the white socks and bath mats! Other than that, this is a well-stocked, convenient and very cute unit!! Loved the pool, hot tob and outdoor fireplace at the facility.

I was very impressed with the overall process of booking and working with the management company of the property. They were very responsive by phone and email with any questions leading up to the visit. The studio itself was very clean, well decorated, super comfortable and perfect size for three people (1 adult two kids). The bathroom layout was perfect with separate doors for the bathroom, shower and sink areas. The kitchen was super cute and all the basic kitchen accessories were available for us to use. The pullout bed and King bed were equally comfortable and the entire unit was very modern. The amenities in the building were great and included an indoor/outdoor pool, community lounge with video games, pool, bocci and a great workout room. The common areas were always clean and we saw many families staying in the same building as us. We paid for indoor parking ahead of time which is something I highly recommend. I would definitely stay in this unit again and definitely this building.

This was our first visit to Breckenridge in the winter. We did not ski, but if we did, this location was ideal. The slopes and ski schools are right outside the front entrance, and so convenient. The only issue we had was a bed sheet that tore, probably from too many washings. It was not a big deal, and we would stay here again. Parking was awesome, so be sure to get a park pass. Downtown and shopping is just a short walk.

This is an amazing location and we would definitely stay here again if it was just my wife and I. The place was a little smaller than expected, but it handled what we needed. Given our kids are so little. The check-in process is a little bit of a cluster, but that's likely due to Breckenridge busyness in general. We had a couple issues during our stay that were quickly mitigated related to our garage parking pass and the water being shut off.

Great place to stay. Perfect location - steps away from the Quicksilver Lift, ski rentals, and many restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with all we needed. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful, and ensured everything was perfect. Would recommend to all, and will stay again when in Breck.

Beautiful location, clean property. Check in was smooth-just required some extra time and planning. Parking wasn’t great because I booked last minute and there weren’t spots left but I enjoyed the walk to and from the ice rink parking lot.

Management company was very responsive and helpful. Fantastic location, just steps from the Peak Nine lift, and one short block from Main Street restaurants and shops. Condo was perfect for two people, and kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Suggest you reserve parking in advance, as the on-site parking is very convenient.
