Perfect for large groups, the open-concept living space combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Located on the top (3rd) floor, it features vaulted ceilings, beautiful pine accents, and 11 windows plus two skylights—creating bright, treehouse-like vibes. Designed for gathering, it includes a 60-inch smart TV, large sectional (seats 6), Bluetooth sound system, and family-friendly games.

KITCHEN / DINING

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for groups. It includes a French-door refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crock pot, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and premium knives. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the live-edge bar.

OFFICE

Ideal for remote work, the home office features a monitor, keyboard, mouse, HDMI cable, ergonomic chair, printer, and a cozy library.

PLAYROOM

The first-floor game room offers an air hockey table, smart TV, record player, and darts—perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.

Three outdoor decks/balconies offer ample seating, a fire pit, and a propane grill. Note that we only offer the fire pit when fire risks for the area are low. The large driveway accommodates RVs, trailers, and 5+ vehicles.
