You just can’t beat the amenities and lakeside location of Lagoon Townhome. Located right on the bike path and within walking distance from Dillon Reservoir, you’re going to love everything about it, including some great views of Mount Royal and the Tenmile Range. The Clubhouse gives you access to not only the indoor pool and hot tubs, but also a gym, tennis court, shared grills and more. There’s something for everyone in your group to enjoy!

This lovely 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a perfect retreat for families or groups of up to four people. There’s plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to make fantastic meals for your group, with seating for four people at the dining table and room for four more at the breakfast bar. And you’ll absolutely love the views from the balcony!

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and garage parking for one vehicle (plus one outside parking place). And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Fris o Getaway

Property was located in quiet neighborhood. Private balcony overlooking mountains in background. Located next to summit county bike path. Easy walk through scenic path to Dillon Lake. Pool and clubhouse facilities were in excellent condition.Accommodations very clean and spacious. Good kitchen layout as well.Great spot to spend a few days in Frisco area.

Holiday stay

This was a very nice comfortable condo conveniently located in Frisco. The unit was extremely well supplied and very comfortable. As I had some work to go while away I appreciated the desk in the bedroom. The side room has twin bunks and unit would definitely be crowded if at max capacity but for two people it was great for us. We had some slight confusion at check in as the lock box for the unit was located inside on the wall outside of the entry door but when you pulled up there were about 20 lockboxes for other units which threw us off a bit but we straightened it out with the property manager.

Nice apartment, great location

We had a very nice time in Frisco. The apartment was just as advertised and a great location that was walking distance to downtown. Very close to A Basin and Copper. Nice pool and hot tub in the community. Highly recommend.

Overall satisfied

Overall pleased. Place was clean and nice view. Master bedroom is spacious. There are no windows in the bunk room. The condo is hot even with heat off and patio door cracked open.

It works, except where it doesn’t

We had a great weekend here overall, but had a few issues: FYI for future guests, to get out of the garage you have to pull the rope hanging from the ceiling that looks like an exposed wire. When we asked the property manager how to get out because it wasn’t intuitive, she told me it was “obvious” rather than providing the specific answer. We had to ask someone else staying there how to do it. The room with the bunk beds and no windows is very hot and the thermostats are not working. It was between 77-80 degrees inside all weekend and nothing we did would make the temperature go down. Also, there were dirty dishes with food on them in the cabinet. We couldn’t locate a sponge to clean dishes so I am guessing that is why. There is no coffee, but there are coffee filters. Finally, if you stayed with the max number of people allowed there would not be a towel for each person. Fun selection of DVDs. But don’t get excited for Old School, it is missing.

Great spot for families

The location is a great spot. Close to stores and restaurants. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable. Parking was easy, 7ft clearance on the indoor was to small for my suburban and rooftop box, but there are about 6 parking spots close to the garage outside that worked. Heating is not really adjustable. The room with bunks was a little hot, but second floor appt allows for leaving screen doors open for the other rooms. We were comfortable. We had a great vacation with 4 ski days and a mountain snow hiking day up to rainbow lake. Great week!

Pretty decent place

The temp control is definitely out of whack. It’s super hot in the unit and especially the bunk room. I had to use the dirty humidifiers, but not much relief. It’s an older building but the furnishings are nice and it was pretty clean, newer carpet. Overall would recommend, maybe bring a good humidifier .

Colorado Ski Getaway

This is a really nice condo in a great location. It is tastefully decorated. Master Bedroom bed is very comfortable. It is also nice that there are two separate bathrooms. The kitchen has all essentials and plenty of dishes. One issue we experienced was that the second bedroom is small and jam packed with two bunkbeds. There is no space for anything else in the room. It is difficult for an adult to stay in there, much less if you had multiple adults in there. I think it would be fine for small kids. The other issue that comes in to play, and makes the second bedroom really hard to sleep in is that there isn't any control over the heat. It is very hot in the unit overall and especially in the second bedroom. Most of the time we were in the unit we had patio doors open to cool it down. Even with the heat set at 60 it still stayed 75-80 degrees.

Clean and convenient, but hot.

Very clean, quick response from the property management team, easy trail access, and close to all the outdoor activities and restaurants we wanted. Management team went out of their way to take care of us when we had trouble with the refrigerator going out. Only problem was that we could not get the guest room cooled off. Fans did not help. My kids ended up sleeping on the pullout couch with the sliding balcony door open.

Nice place.

Very comfortable condo for three adults. The community space with the pools and hot tubs was a very nice addition. Parking was very convenient. While there, had an issue with the refrigerator going out. The management company was extremely responsive and brought out a new apartment fridge to rescue our situation. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Not what I expected

Property was listed as a townhouse and that’s why I choose it, it turned out it was a small condo without any entrance Hallway where you can take off shoes . One room is super small you almost can’t enter a 2nd bunk bad and there is No window or closet . Temperature is hot and out of control especially in that small room . We slept with balcony window and master room window open and temperature only drop down to 65 going back up as soon as we left skiing and closed all the windows. Air is so dry with 2 humidifiers working we were all walking up with completely dry mouth and bleeding nose . Walls and windows are super thin and don’t have any sound barrier so you can hear everyone coming from downstairs or downstairs. When someone come in to party forget about sleeping , I had to call frisco noise complaint number and frisco police since people downstairs would not stop making noise. Doors lock is a shaking joke it doesn’t seems like a door is locked, one good kick and doors is out. Garage parking is for experience people who do know how to drive in impossibly thigh places . Can’t even imagine is all cars are parked probably no one can leave . Towels were left in cabinets right next to plunger and cleaning supplies which was not very sanitary. I asked for new towels. One good think -managment company people are responding very fast and they are super nice! I would not book this place again, we are coming to Colorado 3-4 times a year and it was a bad experience for us and we were miss informed.,

Awesome place. Heat is very touchy.

Everything was amazing. Location. View. Condo. My only knock is the heat. Temp set at 70 when we walked in, it was 78. Turned both thermostats to off and had to keep opening the door wake walls to get it down to 70. Close them and in 30 min it was back up to 75 in there. Bedroom with king bed stayed comfortable if you kept door closed.

Beautiful sight and very clean place

Great location near everything you need to facilitate your stay. Very clean apartment and a wonderful view of the mountains. Has a garage yo protect your car and easy access for your family. It has lockers for your ski/snow boarding items and very close to Dillon Lake. Overall is great

Can't regulate heat in the unit.

The bedroom with four bunkbeds in it is like a sauna in the winter. You can not adjust the temperature in the room except for more heat. We had to open the deck door and blow cold air across the room to cool down the bedroom...and it still only helped slightly. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!
