This is a ground floor unit. Easily access the shows, shopping and many dining options within minutes of leaving your property. There is an elevator available to easily access this property without using stairs. We welcome you to be our guest as you build memories and we make your dreams a reality!

The location of this property was really nice and convenient to the locations we visited. My mother is 88 and uses a walker. There is one low bed that I knew she could use from photos of the condo. She would not have been able to get into either of the other two taller beds. There was an elevator not too far away that she could use to get down the one floor to our unit.The elevator could be heard when running from the back bedroom. We could also hear the people above us walking around. It was nice to have coffee provided. They do need a wine bottle opener. Maybe a can of pan oil spray for the kitchen.When everyone settles into their condos at night and we came back to the unit late, parking in front of the building was full. I had to park a ways down from our unit. Overall, I would stay here again since it was convenient and roomy.

After pouring over many listings for a condo for my familyā€™s vacation, I decided on ā€œRoyal Retreat.ā€ The condo was not only as described, but it was even better! The condo was spotless. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. Conveniently, the elevator was close to the condo, which was one floor off street level. We used the stairs most of the time. I will be definitely renting this condo again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen and living room area was spacious. Having king beds was nice. One bed was uncomfortable for our son and his wife but he has back trouble. Everything else was fine. Plenty of serving and cooking pans/dishes. We had great interaction with owner.

We had 5 in our family raging in age from 8-78. The place was very clean and spacious. The location was ideal. We were very close to the activities we were interested in as well as around the corner from price chopper and Walmart. Would stay here again. There are also bellhop carts spaced around the facility to help with your luggage. We had one issue with the keypad allowing the door to close but it was resolved in minutes with a phone call. Would stay again.

We had a great time at this property. Our k mg complaint is we have an infant and there was not a good rocking chair. That is not a deal breaker, just info. The last condo we stayed in had a comfortable rocker and made it nice for the baby. It was super clean and very close to everything

Unit was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciate the darkening curtains in the room, as most don't have these. Will save to stay again. Note: small children may have a hard time with baths as the one one bathtub is a large jacuzzi with sliding glass doors.

The property was exactly as described online and well located. Our major complaint was the water in the master bath sink was a thin trickle and took forever just to wet a wash cloth. What the heck? An additional problem was the lack of luggage racks. The only one available when we arrived had a loose wheel and 3 of the 4 upright bars were detached from the platform... it was unusuable.

This condo is big with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Perfect for elderly as it is on the ground floor. Park to side to avoid stairs. My 83 year old dad stayed with us and the condo was great. Only minutes to shopping and restaurants. Clean, bigā€¦ perfect.
