"The Wi-Fi connection is extremely poor and unreliable. I had to go to McDonald’s just to get stable Wi-Fi access. In addition, the front desk is often unattended. Several times, I noticed guests waiting for assistance with no staff available at the desk. I hope management can address both the Wi-Fi service and front desk staffing, as these issues significantly affect the overall guest experience."

"O hotel está dentro do padrão esperado na rede Holiday Inn Express, apto limpo, cama confortável com check in em menos de 5min - perfeito para uma pernoite no meio da viagem. Mas vale comentar que em uma viagem de 15 dias por duas vezes optamos por passar a noite em um holiday inn express e nas duas vezes nossas malas foram trocadas de apto por falta de comunicação da recepção, em Brentwood chegamos com o cartão para abrir e ficamos assustados ...tinha gente dentro do apto! Nossas malas foram...

"Great hotel and a very enjoyable stay! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is centrally located, which makes it convenient for getting around and exploring the area. Complimentary hotel parking make the stay even more convenient. Overall, great service, a great location, and excellent amenities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!"
