We would love to share our home with you! We bought and completely refurbished and furnished this home in 2022 as our permanent winter home. Our home is available for short-term lease while we are away up north

Located lakeside on a large cul-de-sac lot in the Ascot neighborhood of the University Park Country Club, the home has a gorgeous view across the lake to the four-star 27 hole golf course.

It is a very spacious West-Indies style home with 12-foot ceilings and dramatic views. The home is 2 BR with an office/den, 2 baths plus a half bath by the pool.

The view can be enjoyed from a variety of places within this spacious home, including the Master bedroom, Great room or the large screened Lanai with heated salt-water pool.

We furnished this home for our own use, so the furnishings are upscale. Included is a new, large leather Natuzzi sectional with power recliners on both sides. A Danish dining room suite with leather semi-reclining chairs will seat 10. 2 new Smart TV's 75" for the great room and 55" for the master bedroom are included as well as premium cable and internet streaming. The heated salt-water swimming pool and screened lanai deck are all new--including new salt system and new electric heater.

Amenities include an outdoor kitchen in polished granite with a new Coyote natural gas grill; New fire table with seating, a wine/beverage cooler, a gas fireplace; an executive office suite.

All amenities available at the fabulous University Park Country Club (UPCC) are available to tenants as the owner's full Golf, Tennis, Fitness and Pickleball family membership will be transferred to the tenant for the term of the lease. Play golf at the 4-Star course FOR JUST A $30 CART FEE ($119 is the 18 hole public rate before noon).
