Gulf Watch Condominiums is a gulf to bay, 32 unit complex with a heated pool. The complex is conveniently located in the City of Bradenton Beach. Restaurants, shops, and Bridge Street are all within walking distance.


Each unit has a designated spot. Please be aware of the 7'1" garage height clearance. Parking between the buildings is strictly prohibited.

Gulf Watch has no facilities to charge electric golf carts and other electric vehicles.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. It's also easy to explore on the island's free trolley. There are convenient stops the length of the island.

Great stay on the beach

We loved our stay this condo. The beach is right across from the street. What more would you want? The condo was clean and had everything we needed including laundry and beach stuff probably left by other residents. We would stay here again!

Excellent place but construction

Property was excellent, in a great place within walking distance of so much including Bridge street but roof construction was going on. Constant banging and beating during day, you go to leave you had to wait to get your vehicle out because of lift trucks and dump vans. Heck one day they cut out AC off from 8 till 2. Property manager refunded us a day but should off moved us to another location or done something else. Property should have not been available for rent during roofing but as usual it's just for the money. They did call a couple days prior to check in to let us know about the roofing and give us a 1 day refund but said it would be a minimum nuisance at most. The banging started every morning at 8 AM and lasted till 7 PM.

The location was great and has its own private beach access. I appreciate the fact that there were beach chairs, umbrella and cooler in the room, this was a huge bonus for individuals traveling by air. I would stay again!

Great location, just have to cross the street and youā€™re at the beach! Quick walk to many restaurants and shops. Easy parking, there is an assigned spot under the building. Plenty of room for us and our 2 teens to spread out in the condo. The door lock didnā€™t work the second day due to a low battery and someone was there within 20 minutes to fix it-quick response! The only thing you might consider bringing if you are driving there is a couple of nicer beach chairs to sit on.

Great location

Overall this was a good property to stay at for our snowbird stay. Our only complaint was the noise from the people above us. There is little to no sound barriers for all the walking of our upstairs neighbors.

Great Location

This condo was convenient to walk to many places nearby. The beach was across the street, Gulf Cafe, Wicked Cantina, Bridge Street were all close enough to walk. The only downside was the inconvenience of having a realtor interrupt our week showing the condo to prospective buyers. Not a fan of having others around our stuff. I wish I had known this ahead of time.

Nice location

We really enjoyed our stay. At first I was concerned about beach access as gulf dr is pretty busy, but it is very easy to cross and convenient. Beach area is great. Pool area isnā€™t huge but we enjoyed. Very convenient to walk to coffee shops and restaurants at the round about. Condo was clean and well equipped. Every day we were there, I liked it more and more. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable Beach Place

While not right on the beach, it's the next best thing- a one minute walk across the street. The property is up-to-date and comfortable. The location is also good for walking to shops, restaurants, and boat tours on the pier at Bridge Street. I would have no problem staying here again.

Great Location/Okay Place

If you are looking for a decent place to stay close to the beach and other attractions, this would be your go-to. However, I canā€™t say Iā€™d stay at this property again as it was poorly cleaned upon arrival (floors not vacuumed or mopped from last tenant, pull out couch had dirt/sand in the bed, garbage under the pull out couch). There are nails sticking up on the walkway to the apartment that we stepped on numerous times. The door to the main bedroomā€™s bathroom did not close. Plastic blinds were taped up and kept falling down. Despite reaching out to the property owner three times and not receiving a response, we brought our own pack n play but they had a portable crib and high chair in the closet. The property was slightly more updated than the photos show which was a nice surprise. This property has really great potential if it were kept up better.

Sister Get Away!

This was a sister get away from Pittsburgh during a pandemic. Everything was wonderful, from the time we arrived to the time we left. Even the 2 days of rain we had.
