This gorgeous, professionally decorated 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home features a private salt water heated pool with a spa, custom built tiki bar and an arcade game room with a pinball machine and 2 arcade games! This stunning home is well stocked for a day at the beach and all your vacation needs. Every bedroom has its own TV and there are 2 in the pool area. Your family and friends will love making great vacation memories here!

Bed & Bath Details
Beach Daze offers 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The main level has one bedroom with a king bed and private en-suite. A powder room is also located on the main level.

On the upper level you will find 6 stunning bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and private en-suites. Another king bedroom and a queen bedroom share a hall bath. A bedroom with 2 twin beds and another with full-over-full bunk beds and a pull-out trundle share the last bathroom, which has a bathtub, on this level. Each bathroom has beautiful high-end fixtures and beautiful hand-picked tiles for a rich and luxurious feel. You simply will not want to leave at the end of your stay!

Exterior

Spend your days lounging by the private heated pool and spa or soak up the sunshine on the white sandy beaches. A beautiful outdoor pool area with a custom-built tiki bar and 2 TVs provide a fantastic place to spend the afternoon. Or unwind after a day at the beach and cook something on the grill then walk right over to the beautiful Gulf beaches to catch a beautiful sunset or take a stroll down Gulf drive to the Historic Bridge Street where delicious local restaurants and island shops await. There is also a park right across the street with a playground and pickle ball court. You won't ever want to leave!

The house was the perfect set up for our group of 13 to celebrate our family Thanksgiving (8 adults, 5 kids ranging 1.5 - 10 yo). The property was clean and had everything we needed including beach accessories and toys. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions or issues. Definitely recommend!

Beach Daze is a Lovely home with plenty of space for our family. The location was very convenient to bars, restaurants and the community Pickle Ball court! My only negative comment is that I reported some items that had normal wear and tear and a broken chair (which I feared could injure someone if not replaced) and the fact that the dryer was damaged and needed attention. Although the property manager did respond via email, she did not follow up when I gave her further info on the damaged items. The above “complaint” reflects on the property manager, NOT the property or owner! We are a group of creative people and we were able to repair the dryer, temporarily, by using kitchen tools to dig into the lint trap and remove a piece of the trap apparatus that had broken and had lodged to block the lint and airflow. This appears to have been broken for quite a while. The property manager did not follow up with the broken chair, which I had told her I would set outside to be picked up by a handyman. I did put the chair back in the house eventually, even though the metal on the back was buckling and could cause injury if the metal were to completely fail. I would still recommend this property to others but we paid a premium price for this rental and the property manager caused my stay to be less than ideal.

We had our annual family vacation here with age ranges 6 months to 67 years and everyone had a blast! This is our second summer here and we loved it equally as much both times. The location to restaurants and the beach is fantastic and easily walkable. Having all the bathrooms is wonderful! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is pretty well stocked! Our only complaint was the condition of the floors. We know this time of year the rental properties turn over like crazy so it’s hard to keep up, but they definitely need a good scrub! We would still highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation home!

We rented this house last year for our annual golf trip to Florida and it was the perfect location. So this year we booked the same house and it was like home again. The house was clean and had everything we needed for 7 guys to cook every day. Hot tub was nice and hot. Can't wait to book the same house next year.

Perfect vacation home and location. Only 1 problem A lot of stairs interior and exterior. Back exterior spiral metal staircase very dangerous 2 of our family members slipped and fell and got hurt badly.

House is in an amazing location! Steps from Bridge Street, beach access and trolly stops. Convenience Store in walking distance too! Beds were very comfortable and linens soft! Plenty of towels. Several tv's and cable TV too! If you have someone with issues doing stairs then this is not the place for you. It's a tall house with no elevator. My only personal issue was the pool area. I am a sun and pool girl and there is virtually no sun at the pool. Mostly for shade lovers. The beach is steps away so it was fine. The house was lovely! The beach chairs were quite worn out so try them before taking them to the beach. Would I recommend this house, absolutely!

Our group of nine, ranging in age from 6 to 66, enjoyed our stay. The size was perfect and could have easily accommodated a few more people than we had. There were plenty of towels, both beach & bath. Also, the four large pillows on each king bed were awesome. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. It does back up to a lot I'm assuming the city owns and the machinery/trucks could be loud at times during the day. Otherwise, a very quiet location. Some items/furniture could use some updating, especially the beach stuff. The wagons, umbrellas, etc have definitely seen better days. The only other thing to be aware of is if someone in your group has mobility issues the main living area is actually one level up, so a full flight of stairs up from ground level. This didn't make a difference to us, but if someone in your group has an issue with stairs it could be a problem. Overall, the house was perfect for a group our size and we had a great time!

Great place to stay for 10 people- five couples. Bedrooms and bathrooms nice. Kitchen and living plenty of seats. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Suggest at some point replacing living room furniture with some comfortable chairs but otherwise an excellent rental resort home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Daze. 2 families with small children, the layout of the house was very accommodating with multiple "master" bedrooms. a short walk to the public beach, restaurants and a small playground right across the street!

We stayed in this same house last year and loved it. It wasn't as impressive this year. Still a nice place to stay but needs a nice going over everything to make sure it is all working and in tip top shape. We would definitely stay there again. Great location. Recommend this house to others.

The house was everything as described. Having so many bathrooms with on suite bathrooms was definitely a plus. We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, Bridge Street and more! Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and linens too. Definitely would stay here again.

Stayed at Beach Daze for 2 weeks. Would highly recommend for large groups and families. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Garage had loads of beach toys for everyone to enjoy. Management was also great. Had a small problem with the pool and they immediately sent the pool co out and he came back two days in a row to ensure it was working properly. Will definitely be staying here again.

Beach Daze is the perfect family vacation spot. It’s close to the beach and all the restaurants on Bridge St. The house was well-equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas with a sand wagon to carry it all in. We were a bit disappointed in the lack of serving dishes and for a party of 12, so just used big Tupperware containers. We will definitely look into renting it again.

Our extended family of brothers and sisters, children and grandchildren and in-laws have been taking an annual week long vacation for thirty years ! Our numbers are now up to 14 people in our group. When looking for accommodations that meet our needs the choices are few for a lot of the popular destinations. We have , over the years ,stayed at a lot of nice beach homes but this one is the absolute best ! The location is ideal. The build quality of this home is top tier as are the furnishings , decorations, beds and bedding, towels, appliances, kitchen, bathrooms, pool , jacuzzi everything ! Anyone that can find something to gripe about with this property probably needs to reassess who the real problem is. Our family is leaning to towards booking this home again next year ! It would be an accomplishment to find a vacation home that would rank above this one !

This is a great house in an excellent location in Bradenton Beach. To start, the home is very nicely decorated and feels like a magazine inside. The beds were very comfortable, the couch was one of my favorite places to lounge. Our kids and grown ups absolutely loved the game room, and the whole pool/outdoor lounge set up was spectacular. Additionally, the location is great for walking to restaurants/bars/shops on Bridge Street. Also within walking distance is the beach with multiple restaurants, the pier/marina and all its activities, and there's a playground/pickle ball court right across the street from the house. It's ideal. What's more, Coquina Beach State Park is LOVELY and a short bike ride or free trolley stop away. We REALLY loved having this house and this area as our home base. We ran into very few issues but I do want to share them so they can be addressed for the next guest: the mattresses in the bunk bed need to be changed as they are too high to be safe (top bunk mattress flush with guard rail) or functional (trundle mattress so high we could not get it pulled out, even with three adults pulling). Also, a few of the bathrooms upstairs had low water pressure in the sink/shower, making them hard to use. These were really our only issues and I will say that the owner tried to address the mattress issue during our stay but just didn't have the right time/solution to get to it before we left. These are small issues in the grand scheme of things and you should not let it get in the way of a stay!

The home was amazing! It definitely doesn't feel like a rental. The kitchen had everything we needed for all of our cooking needs! They were also nice enough to stock the home with everything required for the beach. The location makes it easy to walk to restaurants and the beach.
