With 3,400 square feet of open-concept living, this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is designed for gathering, unwinding, and making lifelong memories. From the moment you step inside, you’re met with spectacular water views, inviting you to leave your worries behind and embrace the rhythm of lake life.

Step outside and find yourself on the private dock, where deep, 6-12 feet of water makes it ideal for swimming, fishing, and launching one of the included kayaks, canoe, or pedal boat. Want to relax? Float the day away on the floating oasis, or lounge on the dock and soak up the sunshine. If friendly competition is more your speed, take your pick from ping pong, foosball, cornhole, Slam-Can, and even a classic dart board setup for some laid-back fun for kids (and kids at heart). Evenings are best spent around the fire pit, sharing stories under a blanket of stars.

Back at the house, enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living with a spacious lakeside deck and a screened porch, perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying a sunset meal without worrying about the bugs. Inside, the well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, whether you’re cooking for a crowd or just prepping snacks for a day on the water. The gas grill on the deck adds to your options for lakeside dining.

When it's time to wind down, retreat to the cozy interior, where Smart TVs, board games, and comfortable gathering spaces keep the entertainment going. The washer and dryer ensure a stress-free stay, so you can focus on making memories.

To get you started...
Bathrooms: Bathrooms are stocked with courtesy hair dryers, travel-size soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use.   Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.
Kitchen Items:  Kitchen is stocked with 1 roll of paper towels, a couple trash bags for the kitchen trashcan, travel-size dish soap, a couple dishwasher pods. We do not provide condiments.  Kitchen towels are provided. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.
Linens Provided:  Linens & towels are charged as a separate fee and will be available at the home, safety-sealed, at the foot of each bed. Each guest is provided bath towel and a washcloth as part of the linen package. Guests will find their bath towels folded on each bed. Hand towels are provided in each bathroom. NOTE: We do not provide beach towels or dock towels!

A few more tid-bits...  :)
Septic System:  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
Navigating the Lake: Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boat.(make sure to bring your bumpers!). Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving!
Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home is monitored by exterior security cameras.  The cameras do not record sound.
