Managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, the longest running vacation rental company in town. Edge of town location and the nicest Legends unit available. High end living with radiant heat floors, great natural lighting, leather furniture, new flat screen TV with Roku streaming, high speed wireless internet, gas fireplace & bbq, and an oversize 1-car garage.

Rules: this is not a pet friendly home as we maintain a strict allergy free environment for guests and we don't use an harsh chemicals, perfumes, sprays. As such, no service animals or emotional support animals are allowed.

This townhouse in Legend's on Bridger Creek development was built in 2011 and beautifully finished - confirmed by our reviews. Located in a quiet neighborhood just 2 miles north of downtown Bozeman, you can enjoy the space, creekside trails, views and stars of the country yet be close to the restaurants, galleries, & events of town. Bridger Creek golf course is just around the corner, and the townhouse is near Bozeman's extensive trail system. Includes a large garage and the townhouse is all on one level.

Inside you'll find vaulted ceilings and great natural lighting. Equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, natural colors, rock work, & high end beds, this townhouse is perfect for people wanting top notch style & comfort. The mattresses are new Simmons Wordclass Beautyrest hotel grade that many guests have requested to purchase for their own house. The townhouse sleeps 4 in the two bedrooms and has a maximum capacity of 4 people. There is an oversize 1-car attached garage giving you a warm parking place in winter and a cool shady spot in the summer months. This townhouse has central air conditioning in case your visit overlaps one of Bozeman's rare heat waves.

The large primary bedroom has its own private bathroom has a king size bed, large closet, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and has a queen size bed and a closet.

As with all Bozeman Cottage vacation rentals, the Legend's Luxury Townhouse is fully equipped with a drip style coffee maker, coffee grinder, a starter pack of fresh, local coffee, linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), EO brand non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!

Bozeman Cottage is owned and operated by Paul House, a licensed property manager in the state of Montana, license # RRE-RPM-LIC-45468. Legends Luxury Townhouse is licensed under the State of Montana Department of Health and Human Services. City of Bozeman Short Term Rental Permit STR29-00333.

Great place to explore Bozeman. Close to downtown and can access the Main Street to the Mountains trail system without having to transport bikes. The property had everything we needed to make it feel like home. It was great to have a garage as well as a front porch to relax and grill dinner! Great place !

This was really an excellent property. Everything was extremely well-stocked, very contemporary furnishings, and very clean. We traveled with young kids who go to bed early and the neighborhood was very quiet. Absolutely recommend and will stay again!

My husband and I were in town to visit our son and rented this townhome. It was really comfortable and cozy. Bridger Bowl is really close for skiing as well as the Main Street downtown area of Bozeman with shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

Location, Location, Location This location was exactly what we were looking for in a near downtown location. Steps from walking and bike trails and close enough to town to walk to coffee and happy hour. (1.5-2 mile flat walk on a walking path and sidewalk). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a townhouse that was well equipped with all the necessary amenities and a large garage to store our bikes and golf clubs. The only 2 downsides were 1) no view from the porch but not necessarily a negative for us as we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the birds on the bird-feeder and nightly walks just steps from beautiful Bozeman views and 2) the trains run through town and whistle when passing intersections - this could be soothing if you grew up listening to nearby trains or you may need a noise machine at night to block them out. Overall we had a great experience and Paul was very responsive and very helpful with the few needs we had. Thank you, Paul!

We arrived late on a Friday night with another couple and check in was as easy as could be expected. Very cute neighborhood. We enjoyed taking a walk in the morning. We spent 2 days skiing at Bridger Bowl. Great place to ski along with an easy drive. Short Uber drive into Bozeman at night for dinner at some delicious restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools you would need for cooking at home and the coffee was delicious. There were plenty of toiletries available in both bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. There was a very large garage for our rental car. We would absolutely stay at this condo again the next time we make a trip to Bozeman!
