Hobby house II is 2 blocks away from downtown Boyne City's great restaurants, bars, brewery and taprooms. No need to drive! We have Central Air, WIFI and cable. This home has been completely renovated and is ready for you and your families vacation stay in Boyne City. The backyard features a large deck with dining area, lounge area, gas grill and fire pit. The interior has the feel of French Country charm with lots of trim molding, hardwood floors and fireplace. The kitchen is open to the rest of the living area, features all new appliances and fully equipped kitchen.

The house inside and outside is beautiful! Great location easy peasy walk to downtown Boyne city and other attractions in Petoskey, Lake Charlevoix. The neighbors were very quite.

Even better than we expected. The pictures of the home are great and the actual home is even better. The decor, furnishings, appliances, etc are well crafted, of quality, and curated to be comfortable while also fitting the vibe of the area. Boyne City is a great location for enjoying the activities and events of the surrounding cities as well.

Charming Cottage ā€“ A Perfect Getaway!My daughter, granddaughter, and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy little cottage. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home. The space was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need.The outdoor area was just as lovely ā€“ inviting and peaceful ā€“ perfect for relaxing in the mornings or winding down in the evenings. Itā€™s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making this cottage feel special.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay!

Walking in the front door we were struck by a VERY strong mold/mildew smell which never diminished in spite of humidifier running 24H. We only stayed there to sleep. The thermostat kept switching to heat and we would walk in to an odorous house that was now 78-80 degrees during summer in July. Owner was informed but brought the wrong sized batteries The fan in bathroom was hanging from the ceiling and was obviously not functional. One sink handle in master bath just fell off the first time we tried to use it. We could have overlooked everything except the SMELL.

Great location in Boyne City, was walking distance to downtown, very convenient! The house had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts were very responsive to our needs. Only recommendation would be is to have room darkening curtains in window over tub in master bedroom.

This was a very charming home that exceeded our expectations. Many antiques were incorporated into the updated decor of this home that really delighted us. The home had everything we needed including a very nice back yard set up where we could enjoy the outdoors. VERY close to town, just a 5 minute walk. The host was very gracious and responsive to our needs.

We came to the Boyne area for the first time to ski. I chose this home due to the great reviews, quaint style, and location. It did not disappoint! The fireplace and lights where on upon our arrival which was a wonderful way to be greeted since it was a cold dark evening when we arrived. The home was decorated in such a charming way that it made it easy to feel comfortable there:) It was very clean. The beds were firm, yet surprisingly comfortable. Plenty of towels and face clothes were left out for us. It was a perfect stay and the hosts were readily available and responsive when/if needed. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Are stay was very pleasant as comfortable as at home. The house was clean; the backyard is set up so very nice ; unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy it. Hoping to come back in warm weather. Wanted to stay central to TC and Harbor Springs and decided on this cozy VRBO. When we arrived, the lights were on and fireplace going. That was a nice welcome! Very very clean home and the backyard was very nice! The weather didn't cooperate but we still made the best of our time there. Would definitely book again. Maybe for a winter ski trip??? Thank you for allowing us to stay there!

I have stayed in a number of other locations when in Boyne and this property rates at the top. It was exceptionally clean, homey, convenient, Quiet and an outstanding back yard. i would most certainly love to stay here again on my next trip north.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was, yet again, a wonderful experience. The house is clean and pleasantly decorated, with a beautiful and private back yard. It is in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of the lake and the farmers' market. Everyone from my party had only good things to say about our weekend. Thanks so much for providing such a quality establishment!
