"Nice, clean place. Exactly as posted. Neighbors were very loud all night and there was an unsupervised pool party with numerous underaged kids one night at 3:30am on a Monday night. No security or adults around - very chaotic. Hopefully that is resolved so the next guests don’t have to deal with these negligent and rude neighbors."

"Ingrid was very kind and helpful! Her house was beautiful, and she even coordinated with my friends so they could get in early and decorate for my birthday. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This apartment was wonderful! In a prime and safe location just 10 minutes away from DC, and the local area in Alexandria was beautiful. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Incredibly quiet and serene, parking was convenient, we had all of the supplies we needed from clothing irons to hangers and complimentary sanitary products! I have only positive things to say about this unit and would 10/10 recommend it to anyone looking to come to the area!"

"What a great stay! This unit is in an excellent location and was on a quiet street. It was cozy and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Steve was so awesome at communicating, providing anything we needed, and so helpful with travel and tips for a storm that came through. Would love to stay here again! "

"The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...

"It was very close to the sights at the capital and close to the Metro (three blocks) and within walking distance of many places to eat. The hostess was very helpful."

"Wonderful experience in a lovely family home with a private apartment snd private entrance. A very nice yard is also available to guests.This is a good location. We had easy access to the Takoma Park area. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to be in this area."
