"Nice 2 bedroom much different than studio and nice sauna as side benefit "

"This listing is a scam, do not proceed! Thankfully, Expedia got me refund"

"Location is good but very hard communication for foreigner"

"Nice place to stay if in the area."

"I used this accommodation as a private rental (minpaku), but there were multiple problems with both the cleanliness and the host's management. The cleaning was inadequate; there was a lot of dust on the floor and the air conditioning unit. The water areas were dirty, and the previous guest's garbage was left in the trash can under the sink. A cockroach came out of the trash can, which was very unpleasant. The refrigerator had handprints, dirt, and a foul odor, but I had to use it out of...

"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. Complimentary self-serve laundry in the basement was so convenient. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were so attentive and helpful! We were having trouble making our plans to go to Ta Xua so they gave us a contract for that; we needed an item we couldn't...

"I would like to record my gratitude to the entire hotel team, from before my arrival until my departure, the entire team was very friendly, helping with tips about tours, where to go, what to do, etc. They made my stay in Hanoi special, if one I come back to Hanoi, for sure this is the place where I’d stay 😀"
